Upma a favourite South Indian breakfast, also a tea time snack, made from semolina, tempered with spices. In the packaging the powder is mixed in water and boiled, vegetables are added and when ready and tempered and served.

Ingredients; Semolina, Partially Hydrogenated vegetable oil shortening, salt, bengal gram sugar, dehydrated , green chilli, lemon juice powder, mustard seeds, curry leaves, Ginger powder, and butylated hydroxy anisole.
