JUWAR FLOUR

Sorghum Flour is also known as juwar, or Jowar flour, and is simply ground whole grain Sorghum or pseudo-grain as it is sometimes known. Its light in colour and has a subtle, slightly sweet flavour making it a great gluten-free substitute for other flours in baking.
