Traditional recipes consist of lamb mince marinated in spices, lemon juice, garlic, onions and yogurt, skewered on large steel skewers and cooked in a tandoor or a charcoal barbecue. Served with mint sauce and salad.

Ingredients - Red Chilli, Coriander Powder, Salt, Roasted Cumin Powder, Dried Mango, Dried Garlic 3%, Dried Ginger 3%, Black Pepper, Clove, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Bay Leaves & Fenugreek Leaves

Ingredients Required: Mincemeat (Beef, Mutton, Lamb or Chicken), 1kg finely grounded to a paste Onion, 1 medium finely diced or crushed Green Chillies, 4-6 medium hot, coarsely grounded Ghee/Butter, 50g Laziza Seekh Kebab Mix - One Bag Only
